What do I bring?

The only thing required is yourself.

If you want to be extra, you can bring a yoga mat, some water, and maybe a smile.

Don’t have a yoga mat? Don’t worry, we have complimentary mats for you to borrow.

What if I’m not flexible?

Being flexible is not a requirement. Everyone’s body is unique and we want you to focus on your own personal journey and celebrate the small wins rather than being flexible.

What should I wear?

Comfortable and stretchy clothing. Yoga pants are NOT required. Should probably opt out of wearing skirts or blue jeans though.

When should I arrive?

Try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class so that you have time to get settled in.

Where do I park?

You can park at 5713 5th Street, or use the overflow parking across the street at the church.

Do you offer Hot Yoga?

Simply put, no. It’s hot enough in Texas and I can’t get my Zen on while hyperventilating.

What are your future plans?

Offer our community more yoga classes, nutrition guidance, social connections, and other wellness options to make your journey an easier one!
